I didn't start as a designer, I started as a founder.
Six years ago I built my first brand from scratch: designed the store, figured out the marketing, and learned what actually makes people buy. That experience changed how I think about every project - because I know what it feels like to need results, not just something that looks good.

What exactly do you cover?
Design, strategy, and build - end to end. That means I can take a rough idea and turn it into something live: figuring out what to build, designing it properly, and shipping it. Depending on what the project needs, that could be a full e-commerce store, a landing page, a product redesign, or a go-to-market setup. If it's digital and needs to work, it's probably in scope.

We don't have a proper brief yet. Is that a problem?
Usually not, most of my projects started as a half-formed idea. Part of what I do is help figure out what actually needs to be built before building it. If you have a clear direction, great. If you don't, that's fine too. We'll get there faster than you'd expect.

Are there projects you don't take on?
Yes, and I think it's worth being upfront about this. If you're building a technically complex SaaS product where the architecture needs to scale from day one, I'm probably not the right fit. I work fast and lean, that's a strength for early-stage products, but it's not the right approach for everything. If you're unsure, just reach out!

How does working together actually start?
We get on a call, no intake form, no lengthy brief. You tell me what's going on, I ask the questions that matter, and within a day or two you'll have a concrete idea of what we'd do together and what it would cost. Most projects kick off within a week of that first conversation.

How do you structure pricing?
It depends on the project. For clearly scoped work. A landing page, a store build, a redesign - I work with fixed project rates so there are no surprises. For ongoing or more open-ended collaboration, a monthly retainer makes more sense. Either way, we'll agree on scope and cost before anything starts. No hourly billing, no hidden extras.
