Momenterie is a personalized print brand where I came in without a fixed scope. Early on the work covered a range of areas (store improvements, design work, marketing) the kind of broad contribution that early-stage companies need before they've figured out where to double down.
That focus eventually landed on Citymaps. The product existed as a concept but hadn't been fully developed or brought to market properly. I took it from that point all the way through - the product design, the configurator experience, the landing page, and the marketing side. Every part of the customer journey, from first impression to purchase, was built and iterated on as a single connected effort rather than handed off between people.
Citymaps went on to become Momenterie's most successful product and now accounts for the majority of the company's revenue.
