Every Health is a digital health brand building products at the intersection of personalised medicine and e-commerce. When I joined the team, the store needed a full rebuild and the core digital product — like the anamnesis flow patients move through before receiving their treatment plan — hadn't been properly designed yet.

I worked across both: rebuilt the Shopify store from design to live, then moved into the product side and redesigned the anamnesis flow together with the engineering team. Alongside that, I set up and ran the first A/B tests on the initial product launch, testing what actually moved people from interest to purchase.

Every Health needed a Shopify store that could do two things at once: communicate a health brand clearly and convert visitors into customers. I handled both the design and the build, from initial structure in Figma to a live, coded Shopify storefront.

Most decisions about layout, hierarchy, and product presentation were made along the way, based on what the product needed to communicate and who it was talking to.

Once the store was live, the focus shifted to the first product launch. I set up and ran A/B tests on the core landing page — testing different angles, structures, and calls to action to find what actually resonated with the audience.

The winning variant produced a 100% uplift in conversion rate and 93% more revenue per customer compared to the control. The tests ran on real traffic against a live product, so the numbers reflect actual buying behaviour — not lab conditions.

Alongside the marketing work, Every Health had a digital product at the core of their offering, an anamnese flow and surrounding experience that users moved through as part of the service. The existing version had grown organically and needed a coherent redesign before it could scale.

I took on the full UX and UI redesign of this product, working directly with the engineering team to move from design to implementation. The scope was broad and the timeline tight — the redesigned product launched within a few weeks.
